After enjoying our first day acclimating in Cusco, it's time to visit the Sacred Valley of the Incas. We'll start the tour by picking you up from your hotel between 7:15 a.m. and 7:40 a.m. to head to our first stop in the Sacred Valley of the Incas: Pisac.
This was a citadel, urban center, and Incan religious site that enjoyed great prominence due to its extensive perimeter.
Here, you'll receive a detailed explanation of the importance of this site while admiring the famous constructions such as the set of terraces, towers, the Inca cemetery, the K’alla Q’asa, the towers, the Amaru Punku, and more.
After our insightful tour, we'll descend to the town of Pisac, famous for its craft market and center for making gold and silver handicrafts. Here, we'll have free time to shop for crafts and souvenirs from the area.
To enjoy a delicious buffet lunch, we'll head towards Urubamba. Once satisfied after trying typical Peruvian cuisine, we'll continue our journey towards the archaeological complex of Ollantaytambo. This site is an important fortress, full of legacy and evidence of Incan architectural technology. Our guide will lead us through the impressive Inca constructions, offering one of the most representative tours that Cusco has to offer. We'll also observe aqueducts, terraces, temples, streets, and legends framed in one of the geographical points that hosts villages of purely Incan descent.
After finishing the tour, we will drop you off at your hotel in Ollantaytambo so you can rest and recharge for the next day. Our hotel will be near the train station, so it will not be necessary to wake up early for your Inca Trail tour

The travel time from Ollantaytambo to km 104 is approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.

First step: check-in. Now it's trek time! After some passport control, we will start with a tour over Chachabamba’s archeological site. Chachabamba is an archeological site left behind by the Incas believed to be dedicated to water.
After a detailed explanation and a break to have some snacks and water, a 3-hour hike will take us to Wiñayhuayna. Its name means “always young”, this is an Inca ruin along the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. It is built on a steep hill overlooking the Urubamba River.
