The Zafiro – Luxury Cruise is a premier Amazon River experience in Peru, designed for travelers who want to explore the rainforest without compromising on comfort and exclusivity. Launched in 2015, it combines elegant contemporary design with wood finishes and spacious areas that create a sophisticated yet nature-connected atmosphere.
The vessel accommodates 38–40 guests across 19 oversized suites, each featuring floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows, air conditioning, and private bathrooms. Some suites include private balconies, while the exclusive Zafiro Suite offers a river-view jacuzzi. Interconnecting suites are also available, making it an excellent option for families.
Among its common areas, guests will find an open-air jacuzzi on the upper deck, a spa offering aromatherapy treatments, a fitness room, a bar-lounge, a gourmet dining room, a boutique, and both indoor and outdoor relaxation spaces. The crew of approximately 24 includes bilingual naturalist guides and a cruise director, ensuring personalized attention and high-level service.
The experience is enriched with excursions aboard fast skiffs into the Pacaya Samiria National Reserve, jungle walks, wildlife observation, visits to local communities, piranha fishing, and spotting pink river dolphins.
