Mexican citizens do NOT need a visa to enter Peru for tourism purposes. You can stay for up to 183 days with a valid Mexican passport. This makes our all-inclusive package Mexico to Peru completely hassle-free for Mexican travelers .

Booking your all-inclusive Peru vacation is simple. Contact us via WhatsApp at +51984195755 , email us at info@magicexperiencesperu.com , or visit our office. As a trusted travel agency in Cusco, we recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance to secure Machu Picchu entrance tickets, especially for travel between May and September .

Cusco sits at 3,400 meters (11,150 ft) above sea level. Altitude sickness is common. For all our Cusco tours, we recommend:

  • Arriving in Cusco at least 1–2 days before your tours begin

  • Drinking plenty of water and coca tea

  • Avoiding heavy meals and alcohol on your first day

  • Consulting your doctor in Mexico before traveling for altitude medication

This is especially important before your Rainbow Mountain tour and Humantay Lagoon hike, which reach altitudes above 4,200 meters.

Packing smart ensures you enjoy every part of your all-inclusive Peru vacation:

ItemWhy
Original passportRequired for flights, train, and Machu Picchu entrance
Layered clothingWeather changes quickly in the Andes
Comfortable hiking shoesEssential for Rainbow Mountain tour and Humantay Lagoon hike
Rain jacket or ponchoSudden rain possible, especially Nov–Mar
Sunscreen & hatHigh-altitude sun is intense
Small daypackFor water, camera, snacks during Sacred Valley tour and other excursions
Cash (PEN soles)For tips, souvenirs, and personal expenses

The dry season (April to October) is the most popular time for Peru travel packages from Mexico. You’ll enjoy sunny days, clear skies, and perfect conditions for Cusco tours, Rainbow Mountain tour, and Humantay Lagoon hike. However, this is also the busiest season, so early booking is essential.

The rainy season (November to March) offers fewer crowds and lush green landscapes—ideal if you prefer a quieter Machu Picchu all-inclusive experience .

Both excursions are included in our all-inclusive package Mexico to Peru and are considered moderate to challenging due to altitude:

  • Rainbow Mountain tour (Vinicunca): Approximately 1.5–2 hours uphill at 5,000+ meters (16,400 ft). Horses available for rent.

  • Humantay Lagoon hike: Approximately 1.5 hours uphill at 4,200 meters (13,800 ft). Rocky but manageable trail.

We recommend acclimatizing in Cusco for at least 2 days before these hikes. Our guides lead at a steady pace with frequent breaks .

Yes! We offer free pickup from your hotel for all Cusco tours, including the Sacred Valley tour, Rainbow Mountain tour, and Humantay Lagoon hike. If your hotel is outside the historic center, we will coordinate a nearby meeting point.

We are a 100% Peruvian travel agency in Cusco specializing in Peru travel packages from Mexico. Here’s why travelers trust us:

  • All-inclusive simplicity: Flights, hotels, tours, meals — we handle everything

  • Guaranteed Machu Picchu access: We secure your permits in advance.

  • Expert local guides: Passionate about sharing the magic of Peru.

  • 24/7 support: We’re with you from your arrival in Lima to your departure.

  • Authentic experiences: Beyond the typical tourist trail.

Whether you’re looking for a Machu Picchu all-inclusive adventure or a complete Peru vacation package, we’re here to make your journey unforgettable.

That depends a lot on what you’re hoping to see. If you’re coming for Machu Picchu or the Andes in general, most people prefer the dry season like May through September because the weather’s more stable and there’s less rain. It’s also when everything’s in full swing.

But to be honest, the rainy season isn’t terrible either. Sure, you might get wet, but the mountains are super green and it’s less crowded. Some travelers love that kind of atmosphere.

So yeah, it really comes down to your style. Some like clear skies and others don’t mind a bit of mud if it means having the place more to themselves.

For the most part, yes it’s safe, especially if you’re going with a local operator who knows the routes, the towns, and how to move around.

Like any destination, it helps to be aware of your surroundings, avoid flashing valuables, and follow the advice of your guide. We keep track of local updates all the time, and we never take you somewhere that doesn’t feel right.

We’ve guided families, solo travelers, couples… and they’ve all felt safe and cared for.
